Ideal if your child has already started potty training and you’d like personalised guidance to overcome challenges. We’ll discuss your child’s current situation over a video call, and I’ll provide tailored advice and practical next steps, without ongoing follow-up support.
What’s included: •Pre-consultation questionnaire: You will complete a questionnaire before your consultation to provide background information about you, your child and your current potty training experience. Your responses will be reviewed in advance of the consultation. •45–60-minute remote consultation: A video call to discuss the challenges you have encountered and receive personalised recommendations tailored to your child and situation. •Written summary of recommendations: A summary of the advice discussed during the consultation will be emailed to you afterwards.

Whether you’re looking for reassurance during the transition from nappies to underwear, struggling with challenges along the way, feeling pressure around starting nursery or school, or simply unsure who to turn to for support, I can provide personalised guidance and evidence-based knowledge tailored to your child and circumstances.
Getting Started Package
What's included: •30-minute one-to-one video call covering the general potty training process, with plenty of practical tips and advice •Q&A session at the end of the call, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions •Detailed step-by-step potty training guide, emailed to you after the consultation. Email Consultation
Designed for parents who feel stuck, unsure of what to do next, or simply want some expert input, but don’t feel you need a video call. You'll receive one-off personalised recommendations over email, without ongoing follow-up support.
What's included: •Pre-consultation questionnaire: You will complete a questionnaire before your consultation to provide background information about you, your child and your current potty training experience. •I’ll review your responses in detail to identify what may be getting in the way and provide tailored recommendations and practical steps via email to help you move forward with confidence. Please Note: This package does not include a phone or video call or any follow up support. If you’d like to talk things through in more detail, you will be able to book a standalone video or phone consultation at a later stage.

Complete Consultation
Perfect if you'd like an in-depth assessment of your child’s current potty training situation. You’ll receive a personalised potty training plan tailored to your child, along with ongoing guidance and support every step of the way.
What’s included: •Pre-consultation questionnaire: You will complete a questionnaire before your consultation to provide background information about you, your child and your current potty training experience. Your responses will be reviewed in advance. •45–60-minute remote consultation: A phone or video call to discuss the challenges you have encountered and explore personalised strategies to support your child. •Detailed personalised Potty Plan: A detailed, individual plan setting out personalised strategies, practical recommendations and clear next steps tailored to your child's unique needs, circumstances and potty training journey. •Follow up Support: Up to three follow-up emails to provide progress updates and revisit or adjust your Potty Plan if needed. The follow-up email exchange can be used at any point within two months of your consultation.
